One of my biggest struggles as a Mom of three is not figuring out what to feed my children, it is what to feed myself. Like most Moms, my meals consist of my kids’ leftovers or whatever I can quickly inhale. Enter Feast & Fettle, a new-to-me meal delivery service that’s quickly become my favorite weekly delivery. Feast & Fettle, a premium meal delivery service, has been serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2016. They first contacted me over the summer when they decided to expand their business to Connecticut. Unfortunately I was not in their service area, but they were considering my neck of the woods and would make a special delivery. So I said yes — created an account — and chose my meals for the week. Four months later we are still ordering Feast and Fettle on a weekly basis!
Before I tell you more about how much we love Feast & Fettle, let me explain why meal delivery services are something I appreciate (and need) in my life.
One of the biggest sacrifices I make as a Mom is something I am not very proud of. When it comes down to meals- breakfast, lunch, and dinner — everyone else eats first. I make do with what I can scrap together after everyone is finished OR inhale something that allows me to multitask momlife.

Read more here. - There is no auto-ship or auto-charge for weekly meals. Feast & Fettle will never show up on your doorstep without your consent. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve cancelled a delivery service for auto-shipping meals without my approval.
- A real person prepares your meals with FRESH ingredients — so nothing will be spoiled, rotten, sour upon arrival. Feast & Fettle’s culinary team prepares meals at a commercial kitchen in your area — not at a factory in another state. They use handpicked ingredients from local suppliers and choose organic and natural options when available. All meals are packed on ice in cooler bags and delivered in refrigerated food trucks!
Note: I love how we receive a text the night before a delivery with real-time tracking info too. - You can always add extras to your meal plan order — like kids meals, baked goods, on-the-go, sides + salads, or pantry items. From Bloody Mary mix (the pickle juice ingredient is taste changing) to chicken salad (great for quick lunches) to kids size Sloppy Joe Sliders, we have found countless delicious items to add on to our order.

My Honest Thoughts on Feast & Fettle
Feast & Fettle is different than any other meal delivery service I have tried. It really is. The food is so fresh and consistently delicious. Plus, the options are always changing with something for everyone. We rarely skip a weekly order!
I also love how you can see every ingredient in EVERYTHING on both the weekly menu and the delivery container. You can opt out of certain ingredients in some dishes — like onions, cheese, meat, etc — which is great for my unique dietary restrictions.
What plan are you on? We are currently on the couples plan with 3 entrees and 5 sides per week. It’s so much easier for me AND my husband on busy school weeknights. While we serve our daughters one of the four dinners they currently only want to eat, we heat up our delicious Feast & Fettle. Sometimes the baby wants a taste of my meal — which has been great because I’ve been able to introduce her to unique ingredients and foods!
Do you like everything you have tried from Feast & Fettle? To be honest, not every meal is a win. But 80% of the time I devour everything in our delivery! When I haven’t liked what I’ve ordered it’s not because the food isn’t cooked well. It’s all about preference and sometimes that new dish I want to try is not for me. My husband, who likes everything, is usually excited to have a double portion. It’s always a win/win situation.
